3. Reservation Services

• You agree to arrive on time and honor reservations.
• Repeated no-shows or cancellations may result in restrictions.
• Promotions and discounts are subject to restaurant availability and discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

Some services may include fees (e.g., premium bookings). Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed via third parties like Stripe. For restaurants, additional terms apply under separate agreements.

5. Loyalty and Cashback Offers

• Incentives are non-transferable and may expire.
• Offers may change or terminate at any time.
• Not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.

6. User Conduct

• No misuse of the platform (e.g., bots, false bookings).
• Do not post unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
• Do not interfere with platform security or operations.
• Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including software, logos, text, and graphics is owned or licensed by us. You may not use or reproduce content without written permission.

8. AI Recommendations

Our AI generates deals and suggestions. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or outcomes from recommendations or restaurant services.

9. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party services (e.g., maps, payment providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for behavior we consider harmful or inappropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• No liability for outages, data breaches, or unsatisfactory restaurant experiences.
• Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in your applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the reservation is made. For example, Sri Lankan law applies to bookings made in Sri Lanka, U.S. law for U.S. bookings, etc.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance. We will notify users of major changes via email or in-app notices.
